Peninsula dining room restaurant was opened in May 2009 by Ross Gray,  who previously worked on the Wirral for 11 years as Head Chef at Est Est Est, The Grove House Hotel and The Green Dolphin Brasserie and Bar where he successfully ran the kitchen for the first year.

Our simple approach to food and use of seasonal local produce is a winner with locals and tourists alike.   We are committed to providing first class food and service and believe that our approach gives our guests the best dining experience in the Wirral.
