About Peninsula

Peninsula Dining Room was opened in May 2009 by Ross Gray, who has worked on the Wirral for 11 years as Head Chef at Est Est Est, The Grove House Hotel and most recently The Green Dolphin Brasserie and Bar where he successfully ran the kitchen for the first year. His help in the kitchen is Sous Chef Kane Dickinson who together with Ross make an excellent team. Kane has worked at Bobby’s Bar & Grill and also as part of the banqueting team at the Floral Pavilion Theatre.
Our simple approach to food and use of seasonal local produce is a winner with locals and tourists alike. We are committed to providing first class food and service and believe that our approach gives our guests the best dining experience in the Wirral.
