Cookery classes at Peninsula have something to offer all food lovers.
On Sunday afternoons from midday to 3.30pm, Head Chef Ross passes on some of the skills and knowledge that he has picked up over his many years in the industry. With only two students per class, Ross is able to offer the one-to-one tuition best suited to each person’s needs, whether an experienced cook or a complete beginner. Usually, students prepare a two-course meal with home-made bread, ending with dinner for two to sample your efforts!
